Borne from a trip to Paris’ Bastille Sunday market , Rooted’s menu showcases fresh, seasonal produce and meats from the best of local farming and are expertly selected and prepared by Chef Joseph Burton and his experienced team.

Guests will indulge in slow-roasted chicken cooked to perfection in Rooted’s authentic Rotisol oven until it is evenly cooked and crispy on the outside, yet juicy and tender on the inside.
