Here’s a quick look at our dining guidelines to ensure everything goes smoothly:
Catering & Private Events Update
At this time, Rooted Rotisserie is taking a short pause on catering, private events, buyouts, and collaborations as we focus on our in-house dining experience and day-to-day operations.
We truly appreciate your interest and understanding and hope to offer these services again in the future. In the meantime, we’d love to welcome you into the restaurant and invite you to stay connected with us for updates.

Reservations and Arrival
Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for reservations. If you’re running a bit late, no worries! After 15 minutes, your table might be given to another guest, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Guest Arrival: For groups of 6 or more, we ask that at least half of your party arrives before we can seat you. This helps us ensure that we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
Cancellation: If your plans change and you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our arrangements.
Dining Guide
Allocated Time for Dining: To ensure all guests can enjoy their experience, we kindly ask that you complete your dining within 2 hours from your reservation time.
Parties of 6 or More: For larger groups, we require a deposit to confirm your reservation. Don’t worry, the deposit will be credited toward your final check.
BYOB: We have ended our BYOB Program, but don't worry we have introduced our brand new wine program curated to suit our flavors.
Payments: We accept up to four credit/debit cards per table. We accept cashless payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards. Checks are not itemized and will be presented as a single total.
Gratuity: A friendly 18% gratuity is added to all checks to show appreciation for our amazing staff.
